One of the most anticipated elements of our GRC Roadshow this fall is the Archer SmartSuite Framework 5.0 product tour. Version 5.0 will be Archer’s most powerful and substantial release to date, with nearly 200 client-requested enhancements and 140,000 hours of development.
We received tremendously positive feedback on 5.0 at the Kansas City Roadshow meeting, and due to popular demand, I’m pleased to announce that the 5.0 Preview is now available to all Archer customers from the convenience of your desk.
Please sign up on the Archer web site if you’d like to participate in the 5.0 Preview program. Once you submit your registration, a member of the Archer Product team will get back with you to deliver your login credentials.
The 5.0 Preview program will give you access to a hosted sandbox environment for exploring the following features of the Archer SmartSuite Framework 5.0:
• Enhanced user experience (workspace/dashboard navigation; iView drag/drop)
• Improved searching
• Advanced report display (maps, calendar, card view)
• Streamlined administrative interface
• Powerful grid display functions
Please note that the 5.0 Preview does not include all functionality that will be available in the Archer SmartSuite Framework 5.0 release. It provides a sub-set of capabilities that you can explore in order to start planning your use of 5.0. If you’d like to see a full list of client-request enhancements that will be included in the 5.0 general release, please visit the Archer Idea Exchange.
As you explore the 5.0 Preview environment, we invite you to provide your feedback through the following channels:
• Email: Share your comments with the Product team at betafeedback@archer.com.
• Discussion Forum: Discuss the 5.0 Preview with your peers on the Archer Community forums.
• Idea Exchange: Post your feedback on client-requested enhancements in the Idea Exchange.
I hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to test drive 5.0. I also encourage you to attend the Archer GRC Roadshow meeting near you for a guided tour of 5.0 and to engage in discussion with fellow clients. These user group events provide an invaluable opportunity to see how other companies are managing risk and compliance processes and to hear how your peers are planning to take advantage of 5.0.
