Description: In version 4.2 of the Archer SmartSuite Framework, an Archer Data Feed Service architecture has been developed to offer users a flexible mechanism for importing and updating information. This new feature eliminates the need to develop custom code for each data integration. Instead, the Data Feed Service will support a variety of common data import needs, while still allowing client customization through defined API interfaces. Configuration and definition of individual data feeds is accomplished via a standard user interface, greatly simplifying and streamlining configuration activities.
In this second session in a two-part series, we will continue with any information not covered in the first lesson and also target Archer Administrators who want to become familiar with the advanced features available such as Calculations, Regular Expressions, and Translations that can be performed on the data. In addition, we will cover how to set up an Archer-to-Archer feed.
