Jon Darbyshire is President and CEO of Archer Technologies. He founded the company in 2000 with a vision to create enterprise-wide IT risk and compliance management solutions that would replace traditional manual processes and disparate point solutions. Jon’s vision has evolved into Archer’s award-winning enterprise governance, risk and compliance solutions built on the Archer SmartSuite Framework, which allows business users to create and tailor applications to meet their unique needs.
Jon believes that business software must be easy to configure, manage and deploy and should work in a way that evolves with the company’s changing needs. Under Jon’s direction, Archer has turned this concept into a reality through the Archer SmartSuite Framework, which allows clients to easily tailor Archer solutions to their unique requirements and to create hundreds of new business applications in the time it usually takes to deploy a single software package.
Through Jon’s unfailing determination and leadership, Archer Technologies has grown from an innovative idea to the mainstay of IT Risk and Compliance Management teams within the financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and technology industries. As Archer Technologies continues to grow, Jon leads Team Archer in donating the company’s time and technology to help those in need and to effect positive change in the community.
Prior to founding Archer, Jon held senior executive positions within the Security and Risk Management practices of Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse. Jon has more than 20 years of experience in the security, risk and compliance management space.

Tara Darbyshire
Vice President, Strategic Accounts
As an Archer co-founder, Tara helped to create the early sales culture and market presence of Archer Technologies. Prior to joining Archer, Tara held the positions of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for eSecurityOnline, National Director of Sales for the Information Security practice of Ernst & Young and Senior Sales Manager for MCI Telecommunications. Tara has more than 15 years of experience in building successful and trusted relationships within the executive teams of Fortune 500 companies.

CJ Archer
Vice President, Operations
CJ Archer has been Vice President of Operations for Archer Technologies since early 2001. With more than 20 years of experience, CJ directs all human resources, hiring, contract agreements and employee benefits for Archer. She also has oversight for finance, facilities and Team Archer volunteer services. Additionally, CJ is an active board member for YouthFriends, a nonprofit youth mentoring organization. Prior to joining Archer, CJ directed operations, marketing and human relations activities at Ernst & Young, Koch Industries and Fourth Financial Corporation/BANK IV (currently Bank of America). She has held several financial and information technology management positions in the areas of marketing, training, communication, change management, selection and development, and project management, most recently as marketing manager at eSecurityOnline, an Ernst & Young LLP company.

Adam McDonald

As Senior Vice President of Services, Adam McDonald is responsible for managing and executing Archer's professional services, training, client care and support strategies to ensure client success when implementing best-in-class governance, risk and compliance programs. Prior to joining Archer, Adam held the role of Executive Vice President of Worldwide Services for MicroStrategy Inc. and was responsible for the consulting, education and technical support business lines for the company. In this capacity, Adam managed a global team of more than five hundred employees, operating in over twenty countries and generating revenues of approximately $250 million annually.

Sean Pyle
Senior Vice President, Global Sales

As Senior Vice President for Archer, Sean Pyle is charged with developing Archer’s global sales, partnering and distribution strategy. Sean brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, operations and client care to his position. Prior to Archer, he played a major role in leading the growth of several companies whose products and services targeted both Fortune 1000 companies and small-to-mid-sized businesses. Sean has experience in structuring and managing organizations as small as a few dedicated individuals to as large as 900 employees, and he plays a critical role in helping Archer navigate its growth opportunities.

Alex Bender
Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Alex Bender brings to Archer more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software marketing and is responsible for Archer’s corporate marketing strategy, product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, web marketing, SEO and social media. Since joining Archer, Alex has helped to establish Archer as the IT-GRC market leader and a dominant player in the enterprise GRC space. Prior to joining Archer, Alex successfully directed global marketing activities with a record of success for Fortune 1000 and start-up companies. At McAfee, he supported the development of enterprise solution pricing, positioning, packaging, industry analyst relations and lead generation programs. While at Tripwire, he lead successful marketing and partner alliance efforts for compliance and infrastructure management solutions as well as developed marketing strategies for client services, training programs and global support.

Terry Dolce
Vice President, Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Terry Dolce is responsible for growing the demand for enterprise governance, risk and compliance solutions by increasing sales and driving business strategy for the Archer SmartSuite Framework and related Archer solutions. Prior to joining Archer, Terry was Vice President of Sales for iDefense, Senior Director of Sales at NowDocs, Vice President of Industrial Sales for The Stanley Works and Global Sales Manager for FedEx. In addition to holding positions in sales and business development, Terry has worked with MIT to develop and deliver sales training programs to thousands of sales professionals globally. Terry has over 15 years of leadership experience, including commercial and government sales management, training, marketing, operations and general management. Terry resides in Maryland where he oversees Archer’s direct sales and sales engineering efforts globally.

Raymond Magness

Raymond Magness is responsible for directing the activities of the Archer Technology Services group, which includes product engineering, quality assurance and information technology. With over 15 years of experience building and delivering technology solutions, Raymond provides consistent and balanced leadership to support the delivery of Archer’s innovative, award-winning solutions to the market. Prior to joining Archer, Raymond served as an executive at Accenture, where he was responsible for the delivery of large, complex software projects for Fortune 500 companies. As a United States Marine Corps officer, he also led the delivery of information systems in support of strategic intelligence assets around the world.

Peter Novosel

As Vice President of Products, Peter Novosel is responsible for all product direction and strategy activities for Archer Technologies. Peter leads a team of product managers and designers and provides technical and business leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Before joining the Archer team in early 2004, he led technical sales, software integration and product design efforts for NowDocs and its parent company, Taylor Corporation. Peter also has held a variety of product management and professional services positions with software technology companies in the messaging and electronic Client relationship management space, and he has patents registered in his name for the invention of web-based communication and Client service technologies. With more than 12 years of experience, Peter brings a strong technical background and knowledge of web-based enterprise software technologies to the Archer team.

Cliff Rippe

As Vice President of Operations and Finance, Cliff Rippe brings more than 30 years of experience to Archer in accounting and finance, IT management, compliance, contract management, operations and human resources. Since joining Archer, Cliff’s contributions in the areas of financial operations and program management have contributed significantly to our company’s growth. Prior to joining Archer, Cliff successfully directed human resource, finance, procurement and compliance activities. At Koch Industries, he held multiple roles over a 22-year period with primary emphasis on the IT operations of the organization. While at U.S. Central, Cliff focused on regulatory compliance as well as management of the procurement and quality assurance organizations.
