Mark Quigley
Senior Vice President, Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operations at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, Mark Quigley is responsible for Operations, Information Technology, Product Security, Corporate Development and Customer Services. Prior to joining RSA, Mr. Quigley was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at EMC Corporation. In this role, Mr. Quigley was responsible for leading EMC’s global Information Technology operations which encompasses Applications Development, Global Technology, Global Client Services, Portfolio Management, and Information Security. By ensuring a close partnership with EMC’s externally-facing organizations, the IT organization under Mr. Quigley’s leadership delivered quality technology solutions and services that facilitated the ability for customers and partners to do business with the company. In addition, under Mr. Quigley’s direction, EMC IT effectively integrated over two dozen mergers and acquisitions into core EMC infrastructure and business processes, allowing EMC to realize rapid strategic gain associated with the acquisitions.
Mr. Quigley has been with EMC for 14 years and started his career as a Sales and Marketing Controller with responsibilities expanded over the years to North American Sales Operations, Global Sales Operations, and Global Business Operations for Sales and Service. Prior to becoming CIO at EMC, Mr. Quigley served as Senior Vice President, Global Customer Business Operations. Mr. Quigley has been a key player in numerous strategic initiatives at senior levels of the company, from the redesign of EMC's go-to-market strategy to the development and implementation of key business processes.
Before joining EMC, Mr. Quigley served as Controller for Digital Equipment Corporation in several departments, including its software distribution business, U.S. manufacturing operations, and the PC business group. Mr. Quigley holds a B.S. in finance from Babson College.

Jon Darbyshire

Jon Darbyshire leads strategic planning and overall direction for RSA’s Archer eGRC team, which is focused on delivering sophisticated, adaptable enterprise governance, risk and compliance solutions to the marketplace.
Mr. Darbyshire was President and CEO of Archer Technologies LLC prior to its acquisition by RSA, The Security Division of EMC, in January 2010. He founded Archer Technologies in 2000 with a vision to create enterprise-wide IT risk and compliance management solutions that would replace traditional manual processes and disparate point solutions. Mr. Darbyshire’s vision evolved into the award-winning Archer eGRC solution suite, which today is utilized by 1 in 3 of the Fortune 100 and more than 6.5 million users around the globe.
Prior to founding Archer, Mr. Darbyshire held senior executive positions within the Security and Risk Management practices of Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse. He has more than 20 years of experience in the security, risk and compliance management space.

Eric Erston
Vice President, Archer Go to Market

Eric Erston is responsible for growing demand for the RSA Archer eGRC Suite through worldwide sales, pre-sales, marketing, business development and client care functions. Mr. Erston is an experienced sales executive with success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams, directing Enterprise-level sales strategy and designing extensible channel go-to-market programs.
Prior to joining RSA’s Archer team, Mr. Erston served as Area Vice President, US Commercial Sales for RSA, The Security Division of EMC. In this role, he was responsible for US Commercial sales across all of RSA’s product lines. Mr. Erston holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.
